In the recent episode of JTBC’s new weekend drama “King the Land,” which aired on the 17th, a scene depicted the character Cheon Sarang (Im YoonA) confusing Lee Junho’s character with someone else.
On this day, Cheon Sarang, who was initially disqualified due to a paperwork mistake from participating in the King Hotel interview, which is open only to four-year university graduates, managed to take part in the interview. Despite being a two-year university graduate and having faced rejection from Koo Hwa-ran (Kim Seon-young) since the beginning, Cheon Sarang displayed her flexible adaptability by playing an imaginary piano in the air during the pressure-filled interview demanding her to play the piano in a place where no piano was present.
After relieving stress by drinking with Oh Pyeong-hwa (Go Won-hee), Kang Da-eul (Kim Ga-eun), and others, and dancing at a club, Cheon Sarang received the notification of her successful interview at King Hotel the next day. Overjoyed, she celebrated with her friends, resembling a playful run, before embarking on her intern duties following interview training.
Cheon Sarang’s first assignment was at the gym. With a smile, she wholeheartedly fulfilled her duties, wiping the sweat off the gym equipment used by customers and restocking cotton swabs and toilet paper in the restroom.
While cleaning up the gym, Cheon Sarang caught the attention of Lee Jun-ho, who was working out vigorously. Impressed by Cheon Sarang, Lee Jun-ho had another staff member leave a tip for her and even sent her a hotel key, expressing his interest. However, Cheon Sarang couldn’t hide her displeasure and exploded with anger, mistaking Lee Jun-ho for Go Won. She confronted him, saying, “Do you find it amusing that I clean up after you guys? I’m not someone you can just casually mistreat. If you do this one more time, you’ll regret it. Remember that. You perverted customer.”
Although Lee Jun-ho tried to retaliate against Cheon Sarang, Goo Hwa-ran appeared at that moment, preventing him from taking any action against her.
