In episode 12, the appearance of Kim Sabu’s (played by Han Suk Kyu) season 1 rough diamond disciple Kang Dong Joo (played by Yoo Yeon Seok) connects the world of the “Dr. Romantic” series. As the new head of the trauma center, Kang Dong Joo’s interactions with Kim Sabu and the Doldam team pique viewers’ interest.
