Popular actress Kim Sun-young, known for her versatile acting skills in movies and dramas, will candidly discuss her unconventional married life with director Lee Seung-won on the upcoming episode of KBS 2TV’s “Problem Child in House.” The episode, airing on the 31st, showcases Kim Sun-young’s depth of acting talent as she effortlessly transitions between films and dramas.
To everyone’s surprise, it was revealed that Kim Sun-young’s husband is director Lee Seung-won, who directed the movie “Three Sisters” in which Kim Sun-young, Moon Sori, and Jang Yoon-ju starred. This revelation sparked curiosity, and Kim Sun-young openly expressed, “I feel like my husband is uncomfortable with me.”
She continued, “Even though he is one year younger than me, he has felt uneasy about me since before we got married. He seems to be very cautious around me. However, we are living together without any problems,” revealing the sweet yet witty dynamics of their 15-year marriage and earning the sympathy of her husband, Jung Hyung-don, and the laughter of the audience.
Furthermore, Kim Sun-young, who is known to have a preference for plump figures, instantly became captivated by Jung Hyung-don, who appears on “Problem Child in House.” She charmingly confessed, “When I saw Jung Hyung-don in person, he was so adorable,” gazing at him with infatuated eyes like a young girl. She added with laughter, “I usually like big guys like Kang Ho-dong, but Jung Hyung-don is surprisingly small and petite,” causing an outburst of laughter.
On the other hand, actress Lee Yoon-ji shared her love story, revealing how she confessed her feelings and successfully married her handsome dentist husband. She disclosed, “We were friends for a long time, and as we approached the age to get married, I thought my husband looked fine. So, I started contacting him first every day to plan our marriage. I sent him a message saying, ‘Let’s get married in autumn,’ indirectly confessing my feelings to him. At first, he didn’t understand, but eventually replied, ‘I also want to get married in autumn,'” creating excitement with her behind-the-scenes account of their romance.
Having reached their 10th year of marriage, Lee Yoon-ji revealed an interesting way they handle their arguments. Instead of arguing face-to-face, they engage in heated text message exchanges. She shared, “I’m not good at expressing anger, so when I argue with my husband, I write down all my grievances in advance and send them as organized messages.” This unique method of resolving conflicts drew attention.
However, Lee Yoon-ji honestly admitted that her husband sometimes surprises her. She revealed, “After our marriage, my husband gained 20kg, so I hid snacks to manage his weight. But one day, he barely managed to sneakily acquire a Choco Bar and fell asleep before eating it,” hilariously exposing her husband’s guilty pleasure dilemma between snacks and sleep, much to the amusement of the viewers.
