Belle (Shim Hye-won), the daughter of 1990s heartthrob singer Shim Shin, is set to make her debut in the girl group Kiss of Life. Belle gained attention in her childhood for her striking resemblance to her father and her candid speech when she appeared on SBS’s “Star Junior Show Bungeo-ppang” with him in 2012.
Known for her captivating voice and singing talent, Belle has already proven her singer-songwriting skills by contributing to Le Sserafim’s hit song “UNFORGIVEN,” which topped both the US Billboard chart and domestic music charts.
Kiss of Life is a new girl group introduced by S2 Entertainment, founded by Hong Seung-sung, the creator of Cube Entertainment and producer of popular acts such as B2ST, 4Minute, BTOB, CLC, Pentagon, and (G)I-DLE. The group, consisting of Natty, Bell, Julie, and Haneul, is scheduled to debut in July.
BELLE covered Ariana Grande’s ‘Honeymoon Avenue’ song for her Audition.
Shim Shin, Belle’s father, debuted in 1990 with “I Love You Until Sadness” and left a legacy of hit songs like “Only You” and “Greedy.” He gained immense popularity for his gun dance in “Only You” and won various rookie awards.
